Rosemary & Garlic Lamb Rump
Marinated lamb rump, sweet potato & seeded mustard puree, greens, rosemary & mint red wine reduction.

Espresso Creme Brulee
Coffee and vanilla creme brulee served with short bread cookies.
Non-Alcoholic beverages, Tea & Coffee and Dessert will be supplied; however, if you wish Alcoholic beverages they are available at the bar.
